Consumer prospect leads provided to you by InsuranceAgents.ai that contain invalid information (as defined below), are considered unmarketable or otherwise nonconforming and can be returned, subject to the terms below as your exclusive remedy. If InsuranceAgents.ai accepts your return request, InsuranceAgents.ai will refund the lead price paid by you as a credit to your account balance, as described below. InsuranceAgents.ai has the right to independently investigate the legitimacy of any return request and can accept or reject it based on their sole discretion. If a return request is denied, the agent must pay in full for that Lead to InsuranceAgents.ai.
As soon as a return request is submitted, you must cease using the lead and eradicate all copies of it in your possession or under your control. This applies even if the lead has been shared or exported via a CRM or other tool. Non-compliance will lead to an instant rejection of your return request.
If InsuranceAgents.ai decides, in its sole discretion, that it owes a refund to the Agent as outlined above, then InsuranceAgents.ai will credit the cost of the returned lead to your account balance. Any such decision by InsuranceAgents.ai will be made within 5 business days after concluding its review of your lead return and refund request.
Agents can request lead returns up to 14 days after delivery by providing a detailed explanation for each request, and agents with inactive accounts should contact the Account Management department for returns.
Several additional factors can be considered in determining credit eligibility: (1) leads purchased using promotional credits or rewards points won't be eligible for extra credit or replacement; (2) accounts with a high overall rate of return requests may be subject to an account audit for potential violations of the Terms of Service; (3) and returned leads cannot be refunded in the form of cash.
